What is that first jasmine? The name ‘jasmine’ is so vague, since there are so many plants in various families known as such. Yours looks like the star jasmine in the other picture.

So it is a real Jasminum, not a Trachilospermum. I have two jasmines here, but one is the simple pink jasmine (or winter jasmine) and the other is an old fashioned yellow jasmine that can not decide if it is a vine or a shrub. Yours is a cultivar of one of the more traditional specie, which is an advantage.
